Dialog Elements

A group of one or more Dialog Elements comprises of a Dialog. Dialog Elements would allow you to configure details of what to show or expect from the user. With this, you can also control the conversation flow.

Create Dialog Element​

To create a dialog element, open the dialog.

  • Hover over the plus ( img alt ) icon to add any Dialog Element at the beginning.
  • Click the plus icon to add any Dialog Element after the intended Dialog Element as shown below, img alt
  • The respective Dialog Element configuration UI will be shown.
